October IPA of the Month: Kohatu

October's IPA of the month features Kohatu hops that were added in whirlpool and via Bombshell’s newly acquired Hopback. These late additions of hops produce smooth pineapple aroma and flavors on the front and a delicate hint of lime zest on the finish.  Chilean pale malt delivers a smooth body and mouthfeel.
