Welcome to Olio and Aceto Food Truck! Two girls inspired by simple ingredients prepared in unique and inspired ways to bring you a new kind of culinary experience – gourmet bites on wheels! Chef owner Suzie Keenan, a classically trained Chef from Chicago worked in some of the Windy City’s most well-known kitchens, longed for sunny blue skies and headed south to start her dream business, Olio and Aceto. Joining her is sous chef, Megan Olerich, who trained at the Art Institute of Chicago, and has spent the last 5 years working in the front and the back of house of restaurants all over Chicago. Inspired by the flavors of Blue Sky Oil and Vinegar of Chapel Hill and Durham, they use their products extensively to bring you fresh flavors and elegant creations. We hope you enjoy our truck!!
