Our Pita Pockets are built in the traditional way -putting a lot of good stuff inside a pita. The pitas themselves are especially made for our truck from organic flour by Chapel Hill favorite, Mediterranean Deli. Working with organic and local ingredients whenever we can, our Pita Pockets not only taste wonderful, but are also fresh and healthy.
