Bombshell Beer Company’s 5,840 sq. ft building is conveniently located in the heart of Holly Springs within the Omni business park located off N.Main St. Our building houses the production brewery, lab and a 1400 sq. ft. tasting room.
Our brewery features a custom designed 15 BBL steam fired brewhouse manufactured by SMT Food and Beverage Systems of Stokesdale NC. Our equipment is crafted by US workers and made of US stainless steel, a key factor of why we selected SMT as our equipment manufacturer. Supporting American workers and American Industry is important to the Bombshell founders.
Bombshell’s brewhouse features a two vessel system consisting of a steam jacketed mash tun for step infusion mashing and a combination brew kettle/whirlpool. A thirty barrel hot liquor tank and dual stage high efficiency plate and frame heat exchanger round out Bombshell’s brewhouse system. We currently use two 15BBL and three 30BBL and one 45BBL multi zone jacketed fermentation vessels and 2-30BBL bright tanks in the production of Bombshell’s high quality, craft beers.
Bombshell's beer portfolio is founded on producing quality beer, consistent in taste. We employ microbiology practices to analyze our yeast health and our beer throughout the entire production process. We believe that these quality measures are critical to producing clean beer that is approachable and easy drinking.
Our 1400 Sq ft Tap Room and outdoor Beer Garden provides visitors with a relaxing and fun environment to order sample flights, pints, and beer to go in growlers and kegs. Brewery tours and private event programs are also available.
