We took the malt bill for a traditional London Brown Porter, but added whole bean coffee to the fermenter from the local Sludge Coffee Roasters. Cherries were added to fermentation to give tartness. Bitterness is from the coffee, and tartness from the cherries, a complex and sessionable beer at 4% ABV.
