A sessionable, wheat ale brewed with pineapple juice and habanero peppers and then dry hopped with Carolina Reaper and habanero peppers. This beer starts with a lightly-sweet, tropical fruit flavor followed by a spicy hot finish.
Dr. Rudi is known as the Father of the New Zealand hop industry. In the 1940's he saved the hop crops from the dreaded black root rot-Phytophthora. He is also known for helping to create seedless hop flowers.
