Brilliantly clear and gold in color, Otter Lager was brewed with Marris Otter, a British grain, noted for imparting toast and biscuit notes and Munich Malt to impart subtle sweetness. German Pilsner Lager yeast was used to ferment the beer. Conditioning at near freezing temperatures for six weeks makes for a smooth and easy drinking brew!
